This apartment features a clean, efficient setup including full network and Wi-Fi coverage, Polar Bear climate control integrated with KNX, and seamless communication with the building’s BMS. It includes LG televisions paired with Bang & Olufsen audio, Avigilon CCTV, and smart lighting control with customizable scenes.
South Kensington
This new build boasts impressive multi-level basements, complete with a luxurious spa and private cinema. The home features Lutron automated window treatments and full KNX integration controlling both underfloor heating and chilled ceilings. Security is handled with a Banham alarm system, Pelco CCTV, and Paxton access control.
Henley
This ultra-luxurious development sits on expansive grounds with multiple outbuildings. Key systems include KNX automation with full lighting control, comprehensive Axis CCTV coverage, and a Texecom burglar alarm system. Highlights include a climate-controlled carport and spa, but the standout feature is the expertly designed and installed site-wide fibre network. Completing the estate is a charming riverside summer house.
Chelsea
This project was designed with a strong focus on security. In addition to a Galaxy intruder alarm system, a KNX-driven specialist detection system was installed to monitor even the smallest movements throughout the building, giving the on-site security team complete oversight. External surveillance is provided by Axis CCTV, with internal movement detection for added safety. The home also features Bang & Olufsen televisions, Bowers & Wilkins ceiling speakers, a full fibre network with Wi-Fi, and Paxton/Bio entry access control. Additional amenities include a spa and an exceptional gym facility.
